Uniform Survey

Every year we order uniforms for about 3500 players from 4 to 18 years old in sizes from Youth Extra Small to Adult Extra Large. Getting the right mix of uniform sizes for each age group is tricky, and we can use your help getting it right.

Please take a minute to fill out the following survey. If you have more than one player you will have an opportunity to fill out the survey for each one. We will use the results to order uniforms for next season. If enough people answer the survey accurately, there is a good chance that your uniform will fit next season.

Note that this information is annonymous; we will use it to order uniforms and nothing else.
