E-AYSO Volunteer Pre-Registration Instructions
The Easy Way to Fill Out a Volunteer Form
Go to eAYSO and log in. You will have to create a username and password if you haven't done that before. There are instructions there if you need them. Keep track of that user name and password, you will probably find yourself at eAYSO again in the future.
Once you have logged in:
- Click on "MyeAYSO".
- Click the link that says "Become a Volunteer" and fill out the form.
- When you are done with the form, click the link that says "Print Pre-Registration Forms" then click on "print volunteer forms."
- The form will show up as an Adobe Portable Document Format (pdf) file. Print a copy of the form to turn in to AYSO and one for your records.
Your social security number will be XXXXX'd out so it won't be written on any copies that the region receives.
